INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY FREE FOR ANY ORDERS OF HKD $4000.
Your delivery is free for any orders over HKD $4000 (approximately 450 euros).

HKD $4000, the delivery cost is calculated automatically by our site based on the country of shipment. The usual delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
For urgent shipments and special requests please let us know so we can make sure your order will arrive in time, best to contact before your place your order. Please feel free to email us at hello@excusemf.com for special arrangement.

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours. If unfortunately the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is requested.
MEASURES TO TAKE DURING DELIVERY
During the delivery of your order, it is important to check that your package has not been damaged during transport. This must be done in the presence of the deliveryman. If the packaging of your package and/or the item(s) is/are damaged, you must enter the details of the damage on the Shipper’s Delivery Slip. You can also refuse the delivery. The Shipper’s Delivery Slip will be an important document in case of compensation requests (refunds, exchanges) to Excuse My French or the shipping company.
