IN-STORE COLLECTION

To enhance your shopping experience with greater convenience and flexibility, you can place your order online and choose to collect it in person or authorize a representative to pick it up at a designated Excuse My French store during weekdays.

Simply select the 'Pick Up In Central / Pulse' option on the Shipping page at checkout. This option will be available only if your selected shipping country is Hong Kong. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup, and you will have a two-week window to collect it from the specified store.

To retrieve your order, please present your printed order confirmation along with the credit card used for the purchase or a valid photo ID of the individual collecting on your behalf.

You will receive a shipment email once your parcel is ready for pickup.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

*Please note that custom fees and import taxes may occur. International customers are required to pay any import duty, foreign taxes or fees payable upon importation of their order into the destination country. 

International orders for shoes will be dispatched without boxes. If you wish to have your order shipped in boxes, kindly email us at hello@excusemf.com.

In the event that you refuse to accept the package or do not settle any customs fees and import taxes, leading to its return, all shipping fees will be deducted from your order total.

DELIVERY TIME

We strive to dispatch all ordered products within 24 working hours of receiving and accepting the order, contingent upon stock availability, location, and quality checks.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once you place your order online, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order.

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email hello@excusemf.com

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours. If unfortunately the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is requested.

MEASURES TO TAKE DURING DELIVERY
During the delivery of your order, it is important to check that your package has not been damaged during transport. This must be done in the presence of the deliveryman. If the packaging of your package and/or the item(s) is/are damaged, you must enter the details of the damage on the Shipper’s Delivery Slip. You can also refuse the delivery. The Shipper’s Delivery Slip will be an important document in case of compensation requests (refunds, exchanges) to Excuse My French or the shipping company.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Excuse My French ensures that each order is insured during transit until delivery. Upon collection, a signature will be required as confirmation of receipt, indicating your acceptance of responsibility for the items thereafter. If the recipient differs from the original purchaser or if the order is a gift, your signature will serve as proof of delivery and acceptance of responsibility for the order.

Excuse My French reserves the right to update its shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

Please allow for additional processing time during public holidays and peak seasons.

Be aware that your local customs office may, in some cases, require further documentation and time for package clearance, which may impact the estimated delivery timeline.
