DELIVERY TIME

We strive to dispatch all ordered products within 24 working hours of receiving and accepting the order, contingent upon stock availability, location, and quality checks.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are determined based on your shipping destination. For most countries, we ship on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning that all applicable import taxes and duties will be managed and covered by Excuse My French.

The following countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis:

 

Customers placing orders from countries not mentioned above will be subject to a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) arrangement. This means you will be responsible for paying all import taxes and duties imposed by the destination country.

Payment of these taxes and duties is required for the release of your products from Customs upon arrival. Our courier will reach out to you with details regarding any import duties owed.

We recommend contacting your local customs authority to ascertain the costs associated with import taxes and duties before placing your order with us.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Excuse My French's teams will make every effort to meet the provided estimates; however, we cannot guarantee that these estimates will be fulfilled.

Excuse My French insures each order during transit until it is delivered to you. You are required to sign a confirmation of receipt upon collection of the products, thereby accepting responsibility for the items from that point forward. If the recipient is not the original purchaser, or if the delivery is a gift, your signature will serve as proof of delivery and fulfillment of your order by Excuse My French. You also acknowledge the associated transfer of responsibility in this manner.

Excuse My French reserves the right to update its shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

Please allow additional time for order processing during public holidays and busy periods.

Be aware that your local customs office may, in some cases, require supplementary documents and time to clear your package. This may affect the estimated delivery time.

If you refuse a shipment from Excuse My French, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please contact us with any questions or comments regarding shipping and handling

IN-STORE COLLECTION

To enhance your shopping experience with added convenience and flexibility, you can place your order online and choose to collect it in person or send a representative to a designated Excuse My French store during weekdays.

Simply select the 'Pick Up In Store' option on the Shipping page at checkout. This option will only be available if your selected shipping country is Hong Kong. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup, and you will have a two-week window to collect it from the designated store.

To collect your order, please present your printed order confirmation along with the credit card used for the purchase, or a photo ID of the person collecting on your behalf.

You will receive a shipment email once we confirm that your parcel is ready for pickup. The tracking number provided will indicate the collection store and arrival date, but it is not a traceable number with any courier.

INSURANCE

Excuse My French insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods transfers to you.

If you designate a recipient other than yourself for delivery (such as for a gift), you acknowledge that their signature (or that of someone at the delivery address) serves as proof of delivery and fulfillment by Excuse My French, along with the associated transfer of responsibility.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you refuse a shipment from Excuse My French, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Excuse My French.
